18h00: 1st session: The Expectations and Experiences in a first job told by Both Generations of NAP: Millenials and Gen X. Presented by Young NAP and Jaap Reijntjes (AMELA PO)

19h00: Jef Staes. Jef Staes, keynote speaker and author of "I was a sheep" and also known for his "Red Monkey" concept. He is architect in the field of learning & innovative organizations, not only takes you through thinking errors in organizationals development but also offers solutions. With an extensive pallet of confronting insights, he not only makes  clear where managers and policymakers go wrong, but he als offers solutions to transform organizations into (real) learning and (discruptively) innovative (network) organizations met persoonsgegevens omgaan.

20h30: 3rd session: Panel Discussion. In this setting, the speakers discuss the topics of the previous sessions with each other and the audience to bridge the gap between the generations. The panel discussion will be led by Ron van den Akker (Chairman NAP, DSM-Dirmenich).
